What You Will Need

- Financial Overview: Current funding status and capital needs
- Supporting Documents: Photos, site plans, or other relevant materials (optional)
The Application Process
Our application form is designed to be completed in one sitting, though you can save drafts and return later.
Step 1: Project Basics - Enter your project name, location, and size. Use our built-in hectares-to-acres converter if needed.
Step 2: Community Details - Tell us about your current community (number of people and households) and your vision for full build-out.
Step 3: Vision and Goals - Describe what you are creating and why it matters. Be specific about your regenerative practices.
Step 4: Team and Experience - Introduce your core team members and highlight relevant experience.
Step 5: Financial and Timeline - Share your current funding status, capital needs, and project timeline.
Step 6: Mixed Use (if applicable) - Indicate if your project includes residential, commercial, or industrial components.
Step 7: Review and Submit - Double-check everything before submitting.
After You Apply
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Our review team evaluates applications on a rolling basis. Projects that pass our initial quality check will be invited to participate in the community governance process.
Remember: passing our quality check does not guarantee selection. Final participation is determined by community governance, typically requiring 90% unity among active participants.
Tips for a Strong Application
- Be specific: Vague descriptions make it hard to evaluate your project
- Show your work: If you have already started, share photos and progress
- Be realistic: We value honest assessments over overpromising
- Highlight regeneration: Make clear how your project serves ecological and social healing
